Bryant Combine Parts LLC will prepay freight on all shipments.  Freight charges will be paid by the customer, added to the customer's invoice. We have great freight savings that we can pass along to our customer's as we have negotiated great discount rates with our carriers to better serve you.

Damaged Shipments and Shortages

The customer must examine all shipments before signing a bill of lading or delivery sheet. Customer must note if any damages and/or shortages are present before signing. If the customer detects any damage or shortage in their shipment, this damage or shortage needs to be recorded on the bill of lading or the delivery sheet and the carrier's driver must sign the sheet, acknowledging that they are aware of damage also.  The customer must make sure they keep a copy of the signed bill of lading or delivery sheet and initiate a claim with the carrier at that present time.

Any damages or shortages of goods delivered after the bill of lading or delivery sheet has been signed cannot be accepted for a claim at a later date.

The customer must retain any packages and documentation until inspection has been made by the carrier. Any claims involving concealed damage, shortage or a wrong part received that are not reported within 30 days of the invoice will not be honored by Bryant Combine Parts LLC.
